Development
Hilgraeve’s

Business Development
We need a
candidate to initiate, develop, and manage strategic relationships with
key consumers of the information that Hilgraeve can deliver by connecting
uncooperative systems.
The
candidate must be creative, visionary, and have the ego drive necessary to
sell new solutions. Rewards
for successfully creating and growing new markets can be significant.
The
candidate will have a strong interest in and personal knowledge of the ASP
industry, evaluating and negotiating partnerships and alliances, and
fast-growth web-based services. Compensation is commensurate with
experience and will include
competitive salary & benefits and generous results-based bonuses.
Responsibilities:
·
Strategically assess and prioritize technology integration and market
opportunities
·
Define, evaluate and execute the strategies for building the
relationships with technology partners
·
Provide senior-level strategic input into the business planning process
and overall business strategy
·
Identify, assess, and prioritize new market segments and opportunities
for the Hilgraeve current product line and future product opportunities,
initiate potential partner contact, structure deals, negotiate final
contracts and assist in integration as appropriate
Requirements:
·
4+ years of actual business development experience
·
2+ years of experience in technology/business strategy, sales or business
development in the ASP/web services market.
·
Dot.com start-up experience a plus
·
BS/BA required; MBA is preferred
·
Strong technical knowledge of encryption and enterprise-wide messaging a
plus
·
Strategic thinker able to quickly assimilate concepts and envision
'end-game'
·
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
·
Persuasive, self-motivated
·
Professional and personal exposure to and use of Internet and e-commerce
technology to solve business issues
