Use the HyperSend Agent  to streamline your use of HyperSend. It's fast and efficient.
Signing up for an account installs a tiny component on your PC - the HyperSend Agent - which appears in your Windows Taskbar. The Agent compresses your
transmissions for speed, encrypts them for security, and is your command center
for using HyperSend. Here's how you use it:

To pick up a delivery |
When a file or document has been sent to your HyperSend account,
the Agent will show an envelope, or
we will send you an email notification. To pick up the delivery, right-click on
the Agent, and select Pick Up (see graphic below). Your browser will automatically open to the Pick Up page. (see graphic below)

To open deliveries |
After you pick up a delivery, the Agent shows a
small PC to indicate that the delivery is now in your Local Inbox (a folder
on your PC). Right-click on the Agent (see graphic below), and select Local Inbox. Each
delivery appears as a separate folder in your Local Inbox. Double-click the
folder to access the files you have received. |

To send a delivery |
Right-click on the Agent (see graphic below), and select Send. Your
browser will automatically open to the Send page, so you can create a
delivery. |

To track deliveries |
Right-click on the Agent, and select Track.
Your browser will open to the Track page, so you can check the status of
deliveries that you have sent. |

When the HyperSend site is already open in your browser (as it is now), you
can either click on the desired tab in the HyperSend page, or use the Agent's popup menu.
